SHIPPING COST TO WORLDWIDE IS FREE

• All orders are processed and shipped on Monday and Thursday via DHL express to worldwide. For expedited shipping options, please contact us through eBay Message !
• There is some inherent risk in sending live plants to international destinations.  bonsaiUPDATE com will liable for any loss for any reason when shipped to any destination outside Indonesia. We already sent many tree to US and Europe with success rate 99% plant delivered in fresh condition.  The customer only waitting when package arrived once it leaves the nursery.
• All international shipments will be accompanied with a phytosanitary certificate.  The cost for the certificate is currently FREE.
• It takes additional time to process international orders since an appointment must be made for inspections.  Please be patient!
